FULL RELEASE OF FEE DEFERRAL AGREEMENT LIEN
All that real property located in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described
as Lots 1 - 25 and Lot 29 of tract 10059, recorded October 6, 2010, in Maps book 839, pages 20-22,
official records, Santa Clara County.
FULL RELEASE OF FEE DEFERRAL AGREEMENT LIEN
Pursuant to California Government Code Section 66007, the City of Gilroy recorded a Fee Deferral
Agreement lien dated November 3,2010, by and between KB Home South Bay, Inc., a California
Corporation ("Owner") and the City of Gilroy, a municipal corporation ("City"), recorded as
Document 21001138 of the Official Records of the County of Santa Clara, California.
As all Development Fees within said Fee Deferral Agreement have been fulfilled, being paid in full, the
City is now releasing full obligation of the agreement lien for this entire property.
All that real property located in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described
as follows:
Lots 1 - 25 and Lot 29 of tract 10059, recorded October 6, 2010, in Maps book 839, pages 20-22,
official records, Santa Clara County.
