NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT I, WM. K. HENRY, JR., City Engineer of
the City of Gilroy, California, on the 21st day of October, 1968, did file with
the City Clerk of said City my Certificate of Completion of the following des-
cribed work, the contract for doing which was heretofore awarded to WILLIAM
CAPRISTA UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION on September 3, 1968, and entered into on
September 3, 1968, in accordance with the plans and specifications for said
work filed with the City Clerk and approved by the City Council of said City.
That said work and improvements were actually completed on the 21st
day of October, 1968, and that acceptance of completion of said work was
ordered by resolution by the City Council of said City, adopted on the 21st
day of October, 1968, and that the name of the surety on the contractor1s bond
for labor and materials on said project is GREAT AMERICAN INSURANCE COMPANY.
That said work and improvements consisted of the furnishing of all
labor, materials, methods or processes, implements, tools, machinery and equip-
ment and transportation and the performance of all work in accordance with the
specifications for installation of a 30 inch storm drain pipe from Welburn
Avenue in Tract 4351 Northwood, in the City of Gilroy, easterly along its exten-
sion approximately 1,040 feet to Kern Avenue, all as more particularly described
in the plans and specifications therefor approved by the City Council of said
City on August 5, 1968.
