CITY OF GILROY
SITUATED in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California and BEING
ALL of those Lands conveyed to Akshar LLC, a California Limited Liability Company,
by Grant Deeds recorded November 7,2006 as Document No. 19178779 and Document
No. 19178979, Santa Clara County Records and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of those Lands described in that said Grant
Deed recorded as Document No. 19178779, on the Westerly line of Monterey Street
distant thereon 117.80 feet Northerly from the Northwest corner of Fifth and Monterey
Streets, as referred to in said Grant Deed, thence Northerly along the said Westerly line
of Monterey Street, 25.30 feet to the Northeasterly corner of the Lands described in that
aforementioned Grant Deed; thence Westerly, 140 feet to the Northwesterly corner
thereof on the Easterly line of an alley; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said
alley, 25.30 feet to the boundary line common to those said Lands described in Document
No. 19178779 and Document No. 19178979; thence Westerly, 2 feet along the northerly
line of that said Grant Deed recorded as Document No. 19178979 to the northwesterly
