PARCEL ONE
BEING a portion of Lots I, 2 and 3 in Block 3 North, Range 1
West, in the City of Gilroy, as shown on Map No. 9 accompanying
the Final Report of the Referees in the Las Animas Rancho
Partition Suit, Action No. 5536 had in the Superior Court of
the State of California, in and for the County of Santa Clara
and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING
at a point in the southeasterly line of Third Street distant
thereon S.70000.W. 140.00 feet from the intersection thereof
with the southwesterly line of Monterey Street, as shown on
said Map, being the most northerly corner of that certain
parcel of land conveyed to the City of Gilroy by Deed recorded
March 19, 1946 in Book 1342 at page 151, Official Records of
Santa Clara County and running thence along the northeasterly
line of said parcel S.20000.E. 114.50 feet; thence leaving said
line N.70000.E. 65.00 feet to the most southerly corner of that
certain parcel of land conveyed to Union Oil Company of
California, a Corporation, by Deed recorded March 16, 1955 in
