ordinances enacted pursuant thereto.
FUlther, that as a rC5111t of this eel tificate of Compliance (Lot Lij~e Adj ustmeni), the sale, lease or
financing of any parcel of land described herein shall not constitute a violation of the Subdivision
Map Act or of local ordinance.
