accompanying the Final Report of the Referees in the Las
Animas Rancho Partition Suit, Action No. 5536 had in the
Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the
County of Santa Clara. and being all of the lands conveyed to
the "Revocable Living Trust" dated August 20, 1987, Robert
Peter Chappell and Rowena Nelson Chappell, Trustees, by Deeds
Recorded in Book K412 at page 778 and Book K412 at page 782,
Official Records of Santa Clara County and being more
particularly described as follows. BEGINNING at a point in the
northeasterly line of Monterey Street distant thereon
N.20000'W. 171.52 feet and N.23022'W. 156.09 feet from the
most southerly corner of Sub Lot IXa, as shown on said map,
said point of beginning being the most southerly of said
lands conveyed to said Trust. and running thence along the
northeaserly line of Monterey Street N.23022JW. 158.00 feet to
the most westerly corner to said Trust lands; thence along the
northwesterly line of said lands N.66038'E. 130.00 feet,
