BEING A PORTION OF LAS ANIMAS RANCH LOT 25. as shown on Map No. 7
Accompanying the Final Report of the Referees in the Las Animas Partition
Suit, Action No. 5536 had in the Superior Court of the State of California
in and for the County of Santa Clara, and being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the southwesterly line of the State Highway
(Monterey Road) as said line was established by Deed from Arthur H.
Buehler, et ux, to the State of California recorded December 31. 1940 in
Volume 1018 at Page 232. Santa Clara County Official Records, distant
thereon South 22017' East, 203.52 feet more or less from a concrete monument
at the intersection thereof with the northerly line of that 32.652 acre
tract described in the deed to Arthur H. Buehler, recorded April 2. 1927 in
Volume 307 at Page 463, Santa Clara County Official Records. and running
thence along said southwesterly line of said State Highway, South 22017'
East, 218.45 feet to a point which bears North 22017' West. 100.00 feet
distant from the southerly line of said Lot 25 of the Las Animas Ranch;
thence leaving said southwesterly State Highway line. North 89050' West,
400.29 feet more or less to a point in the easterly boundary line of that
certain parcel of land, as conveyed by Lazzaro F. Frisone, to Gloria V.
Frisone. by deed recorded October 30, 1962 in Book 5773 at Page 250, Santa
Clara County Official Records; thence along said easterly boundary, North
22053'10" West, 358.19 feet more or less to a point in the southerly line of
a 50.00 foot wide right-of-way; thence along said southerly right-of-way
line and running parallel with and 50.00 feet distant from the northern
line of that aforementioned 32.652 acre tract of land, North 88036' East,
275.00 feet to a point; thence leaving said southerly right-of-way line,
and running parallel with the said southwesterly State Highway line, South
22017' East, 150.00 feet to a point; thence running parallel with the said
northern line of that aforementioned 32.652 acre tract of land, North 88036'
East. 125.00 feet to the point of beginning and containing therein 2.69
Acres more or less.
