The new parcels have been designated ONE and TWO for the purposes of this certificate
and are described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and shown on sketch marked Exhibit "B"
attached hereto. The new parcel configuration resulting therefrom complies with the
provisions of Division 2 of Title 7 of the government code of the State of California,
cited as the Subdivision Map Act and all local ordinances enacted pursuant thereto.
Further, that as a result of the Certificate of Compliance, the sale, lease or
financing of any parcel affected by this lot line adjustment shall not constitute a
violation of the Subdivision Map Act or local ordinance.

thru 16, inclusive, Santa Clara County Records, and running thence along
the boundary common to said Lots 27 and 28, North 39012'46" West, 215.68
feet to a point on the southeastern right-of-way line of Rocl<:rose Court,
as said Court is shown upon that aforementioned Map; thence along said
right-of-way line, North 51005'24" East, 9.28 feet; thence along a
