Partition Suit, Ac~ion No. 5 536 had in the Superior Court of
the State of California, in and for the County of Santa Clara,
and more particularly that portion of Lot 7 described as
follows: BEGINNING at a point in the easterly line of Rosanna
Street distant thereon N.20000'W. 285.00 feet from the
northorly line of Eighth Street, being the most southerly
