Notice is hereby given that the parcels described in the
attached Exhibit A result from the lot line change between
three (3) parcels owned by Gilroy Medical Dental Center, a
California General Partnership. The lines being changed and
the new lot areas are shown on Exhibit B, attached. The
parcel configurations are in compliance with Division 2 of
Title 7 of the Government Code, State of California, cited
as the Subdivision Map Act, and all local ordinances enacted
pursuant thereto.
Further, that as a result of this Certificate of Compliance
the sale, lease, or financing of these parcels of land shall
not constitute a violation of the Subdivision Map Act or
local ordinance.
The descriptions of the new parcels created by the lot line
change are as follows:

1980 in Book 477 of Maps, pages 1 and 2 and more

Beginning at an iron pipe at a common corner of Parcels A
and D distant S 200 01 E, 258.27 feet from the southerly
right of way of Sixth Street (80 feet wide) as shown on said
map; thence along the westerly line of Parcel D as shown on
said map, S 130 30' W, 44.81 feet; thence along the new
common line of Parcels Band D, S 760 30' E, 181.30 feet;
