ACCEPTANCE OF PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY
(Calle del Rey)
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Education of Gilroy Unified School District of
Santa Clara County to accept that parcel of land described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B"
containing approximately 998.52 square feet, and created by City of Gilroy lot line adjustment
number 94-03, as part of that school site know as the "Luigi Aprea Fundamental School."
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that Kenneth A. Noonan, Superintendent of Gilroy Unified
School District of Santa Clara County, be and he is hereby authorized to sign a certificate of
acceptance of said parcel of land in substantially the following form pursuant to Government
Code Section 27281.
"This is to certify that the interest in real property evidenced by lot line adjustment number 94-03
in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, California, and described in Certificate of
compliance Plat Map dated October 31, 1994 is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on
behalf of the Gilroy Unified School District of Santa Clara County, pursuant to authority
conferred by resolution of its governing board on January 10, 1995, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer."
