office of County Recorder of Santa Clara County in Document number 18123977 of
Official Records therein, being all of Lot 149 as shown on the map of "Tract No. 3960
Westwood Acres Unit No.2" filed for record in book 192 of maps at pages 54 and 55,
Santa Clara County records and a portion of that certain parcel of land conveyed by quit
claim deed on 7/18/1996 from Robert H. Kuntz and Ruby E. Kuntz to the Kuntz Family
