Situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California and
being all of Parcels One, Two and Three as conveyed to Chester C. Lehmann, et
aI., as Trustees by deed recorded October 31, 1988 in Book 737 at Page 1861,
Official Records of Santa Clara County, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a one inch pipe at the southwest corner of that certain Parcel 2,
as shown on the Parcel Map filed in Book 305 of Maps at Page 42, Santa Clara
County Records, said pipe also on the eastern line of Alexander Street; thence
along the said eastern line thereof
1) South 200 00' East 300 feet to the northern line of Ninth Street;
thence along the northern line thereof
2) North 700 00' East 300 feet to the western line of Forest Street;
thence along the western line thereof
3) North 200 00' West 400 feet to a station from which the point of
intersection of the western line of Forest Street with the southern line of Eighth
Street bears North 200 00' West 200 feet distant; thence leaving the said western
line of Forest Street
4) South 700 00' West 142 feet to the northeast corner of Parcel 1 as
shown on the above described Parcel Map; thence along the boundaries of Parcel
and Parcel 2 of said Parcel Map
5) South 200 00' East 100.00 feet to a one inch pipe; thence
