LOT MERGER
NOTICE is hereby given that the parcel described below results
from the merger of two (2) parcels owned by Edward W. Mattos and Maryann
R. Mattos, husband and wife, as joint tennants. The area being merged is
shown in Exhibit A, attached. The parcel configurations are in compliance
with Division 2 of Title 7 of the Government Code of the state of California,
cited as the Subdivision Map Act, and all local ordinances enacted pursuant
thereto. Further, that as a result to this Certificate of Compliance, the
sale, lease, or financing of this parcel of land shall not constitute a vio-
lation of the Subdivision Map Act or local ordinance.
The description of the new parcel created by the merger is as
follows:
Portion of Lot 1 in Block 5 North, range 3 west, as shown upon
Map No. ~ and its amendments accompanying the report of the referrees
in the partition suit of Henry Miller, et al vs. Massey Thomas, et aI,
in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County
of Santa Clara, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the southerly line of
First Street with the westerly line of Church Street; running thence
southerly along the westerly line of Church Street 122.65 feet; thence
westerly and parallel with the south line of First Street 140 feet to
the east line of an alley; thence northerly along the east line of the
alleYI 122.65 ~eet to the southerly line of First Street; thence easter-
ly along the southerly line of First Street 140 feet to the point of
beginning.
OWNER'S CERTIFICATE
We hereby certify that we are the owners of or have some right, title, or
interest in and to the real property described in this lot merger Certificate
of Compliance; that we are the only persons whose consents are necessary to
pass a clear title to said real property; that we hereby consent to the
preparation and recordation of this lot merger Certificate of Compliance.
