Thomas Partition Suit of the Las Animas Rancho in the City of Gilroy, Santa Clara County, Califomia,
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast comer of Rosanna and Eighth Streets; thence along the East line of Rosanna
Street Southerly 39.96 feet; thence Easterly 160.60 feet; thence Northerly 39.84 feet to the South line of
Eighth Street; thence along last mentioned line Westerly 160.60 feet to the Point of Beginning.
