Report of the Referees in the Las Animas Rancho Partition Suit, Action No. 5536 had in
the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Santa Clara, and
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the northeasterly line of Monterey Street distant thereon N.
200 W. 171.52 feet and N. 230 22' West 261.09 feet from the most southerly corner of
Sub Lot 9-A, as shown on said Map, said point of beginning being also N. 230 22' W.
55.00 feet from the most southerly corner of the part of Sub Lot 9-A conveyed to Ann
Chappell by deed dated December 28, 1947 and recorded under File No. 716491 in the
Office of the Recorder of Santa Clara County, and running thence along the northeasterly
line of Monterey Street N. 230 22' W. 45.00 feet to the most westerly corner of said
