"B" as shown on the map of "Solis Rancho" Tract No. 7406 as
shown on the map thereof filed for Record in Book 513 of Maps at
pages 6 and 7, Records of Santa Clara County, and the certain
Parcel of land conveyed to Gary Walton by deed recorded January

that certain parcel of land conveyed to Gary Walton by Deed
recorded January 14, 1993 in Book M585 at page 2075, Official
Records of Santa Clara County, California, and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of said Lot
"B" in the southerly line of Hoesch Way, as shown on
said Map, and running thence along the southerly
line of Hoesch Way and the northerly line of Lot "B"
S.89001~40"E. 240.00 feet; thence leaving said line
S.oo48~55"W. 100.00 feet to a point in the southerly
line of said Parcel conveyed to Walton; thence along
