Case No. 5536 in and for the County of Santa Clara, State of California, being more particularly described
as foIlows:
BEGINNING at the most northerly comer of that parcel of land condemned by the City of Gilroy as
described in Book K 603, at Page 1881, Official Records of said County; thence along the northwesterly
boundary of said parcel on a curve to the right, from a tangent bearing South 20000'00" East, with a radius
of 20.00 feet, through a central angle of 900, an arc distance of 31.42 feet to the most westerly comer of

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the grant deed dated

Community Property, to the City of Gilroy, a municipal corporation of the State of California, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City of Gilroy pursuant to
