PUBLIC ALLEY EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF GILROY,
COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
BEING a 10 foot wide easement for Public Alley purposes and for any and all public uses lying
under, over, on and across a portion of Lot 6 in Block 2 South, Range 4 West, as shown on Map
No. 5 accompanying the report of the commissioners in the Henry Miller, Et Al, plaintiffs VS.
Massey Thomas, Et Al, defendants, partition action in the Superior Court of the State of
California, in and for the County of Santa Clara, Case No. 5536 and also being a portion of those
lands conveyed to the Bakhtar Family Trust by Grant Deed recorded 11/03/2011 in Document
No. 21400369, Official Records of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, being more
particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 6, said point being on the
southwesterly line of Rosanna Street, distant thereon 50.00 feet northwesterly from the point of
intersection of said southwesterly line of Rosanna Street (75 feet wide) with the northwesterly
line of Eighth Street (60 feet wide); thence southwesterly along the southeasterly boundary of
said Lot 6 140.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing
southwesterly along said boundary 10.00 feet to the southwesterly corner thereof; thence
northwesterly along the southwesterly boundary of said Lot 50.00 feet to the northwesterly

from Mohammad H. Bakhtar and Farahnaz Rashtchizadeh, Trustees of the Bakhtar Family
Trust, to the City of Gilroy, a municipal corporation of the State of California, is hereby accepted by
the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City of Gilroy pursuant to authority conferred by
Resolution No. 2008 -56 of the City of Gilroy adopted December 15, 2008, a certified copy of which
resolution is on record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of
California, document #20093294, dated January 9, 2009 and the grantee consents to recordation
