PARCEL ONE:
A portion of that certain parcel of land conveyed from Suzuki
to Blake by deed recorded in Book 1711 a.R" page 577, records of
Santa Clara County, California, and more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe marking the southwesterly corner of
the lands described in said deed;
Thence along the southeasterly line of said lands N 67 40'E,
70.00 feet;
Thence northerly along the proposed easterly line of Forest
Street (70 feet wide) the following course and distance:
from a tangent bearing of N 22 20'W, along the arc of
700 foot radius curve to the left through a central
angle of 9 27'22" an arc length of 115.53 feet;
thence N 31 47'22"W, 70.76 feet more or less to the
point of intersection with the northerly line of the
lands of Blake;
Thence along said northerly line of the lands of Blake
S 67 40'W, 48.86 feet to the northwest corner of said lands of
