Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the
County of Santa Clara, and being more particularly described

"BEGINNING at a point in the 1 ine common to Las Animas
Ranch Lots 24 and 25 as shown on said Map, being the
most westerly corner of that certain Parcel of land
described as Parcel Two in the Deed to Manuel Sanches
and Rose E. Sanches, his wife, recorded July 15, 1944
in Book 1213 of Official Records at page 54, and run-
ning thence along the line common to Ranch Lots 24 and

a curve to the left, from a tangent bearing of
Ng34027114"W., with a radius of 462.50 feet, through
a central angle of 6058116", for a distance of 56g27
feet; thence N.41025130"Wg 66.30 feet to a point in the
northwesterly line of that certain parcel of land con-
veyed to Italo Canepa and Elena Canepa, his wife, by
Deed recorded July 29, 1963, in Book 6123 of Official
Records at page 741, from which the northwesterly corner
of said parcel bears S. 89054110"W. 276.04 feet; thence
along the northwesterly line of said parcel conveyed to
Canepa N. 8905411~IEg 100.18 feet; thence southeasterly
along a curve to the right with a radius of 537.50 feet
from a tangent bearing of S.41024J49"E., through a
central angle of 12010155" for a distance of 114.28 feet
to a point in the line common to Ranch Lots 24 and 25;
thence along said common line Sg89027130"W. 33.56 feet to
the point of beginning, and

1965, at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified copy of which
resolution Is on record in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, State of California, In Book 7027, page 228, I,
as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on behalf of the said
City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by Italc Canepa and
Elena Canepa
