June 3, 1985
"At 8:48 p.m. the Mayor adjourned the meeting to a Closed Session
to review and discuss land acquisitions.
At 9:00 p.m. the Mayor reconvened the meeting.
Motion was made by Councilman Gage seconded by Councilman Kloecker
and carried that the City acquire the land located at the southwest corner of
Seventh and Rosanna Streets in the amount of $37,500.00 as it becomes avail-
able on the market."
