upon that certain Map entitled, "Miller and Lux Western Addition to the City of
Gilroy, Santa Clara County, California", which said Map was filed October 25,
1920 in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of
California, in Volume "P" of Maps, Page 45.
