SAID LANDS LYING IN THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, THE CENTERLINE
OF SAID 15 FOOT WIDE EASEMENT DESCRmED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT A POINT IN THE CENTERLINE OF HECKER PASS HIGHWAY AS SHOWN ON THAT
