DEDICATION FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES
The undersigned, being the legal owners of the real property hereinafter described,
hereby dedicate to the public use HlI enscment for Sanitary Sewer purposes over, under,
on and across the real property hereinafter described.
The undersigned further irrevocably offers to dedicate to the City of Gilroy for
the use of the public a sanitary sewer easement over, under, on and across the real
property hereinafter described, said dedication to be accepted only when the City Coun-
cil of the City of Gilroy adopts and records in the office of the Recorder of the Coun-
ty of Santa Clara a resolution accepting said easement. Until said easement is record-
ed the Ci ty of Gilroy shall not be responsible for maintaining said easement of and im-
provements thereon.
If any ChSlllje irl aliljniil(~nt., lenqtll ur wiclLll ur enselllenL approved by the City of
Gilroy results in vacation of any part of tile real property dedicated herein, such
vacation shall termin9te the dedication as to the part vacated.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit and be binding upon the heirs,
successors, assigns and personal representatives of the respective parties hereto.

DESCRIPTION TO ACCOMPANY DEDICATION OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
BEING a portion of Lot 3 in Block 4 South, Range 3 West, as
shown on Map No. 5 accompanying the Final Report of the
Referees in the Las Animas Ranch~ Partition Suit, Action No.
5536 has in the Superior Court of the State of California, in
and for the County of Santa Clara, and being also a portion of
that certain parcel of land conveyed to Chamisal Investments
Inc., a California Corporation, by deed recorded in Book K379
at Page 218, Official Records of Santa Clara County, and being
more particularly described as follows:
"BEGINNING at 1:ne most westerly corner of said Chamisal
Investments Parcel in the line common to Lots 3 and 4 as
shown on said Map, and running thence along said common
line S.22034'12"E. 49.34 feet to the most southerly
corner of said Parcel; thence along the southeasterly
line thereof N.69050'50"E. 10.01 feet; thence parallel
with the southwesterly line thereof N.22034'12"W. 49.34
feet to a point in the northwesterly line thereof;
thence along said northwest~rly line S.69050'50"W. 10.01
feet to the point of beginning".
