Being a portion of Parcel 5 according to that Parcel Map filed for record in Book 537 of Maps, at Page 14,
Official Records of Santa Clara County, California, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most southeasterly comer of said Parcel; thence along the southerly line of said Parcel
North 89012'30" West 29.60 feet; thence leaving said southerly line along a non-tangent curve to the left
with a radius of 30.00 feet from a tangent bearing of South 89012'30" East, through a central angle of
89013 '30", an arc distance of 46.72 feet to the easterly line of said Parcel; thence along said easterly line
South 1034'00" West 29.60 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING,
Containing 187.14 square feet ofland, more or less.

Being an easement, 10 feet in width, for any and all public service purposes including, but not limited to,
