PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
All that certain real property situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
described as follows:
Being a portion of Parcel 3 as shown upon that certain Parcel Map filed in Book 496 of Maps, at
Page 25 and 26 in the Office of the Recorder, County of Santa Clara, State of California, also being
a 35.00 foot strip ofland, the general Southwesterly line of which is more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Most Northwesterly comer of said Parcel 3; thence along the Easterly line of
Santa Teresa Boulevard (140' R\W) along a curve to the left whose radius bears South 85003'39"
East 1430.00 feet though a central angle of 02009'23" an arc length of 53.82 feet to the Point of
Beginning; thence South 48007'45" East 425.86 feet; thence South 60022'29" East 400.50 feet;
thence South 58013'37" East 400.26 feet; thence South 60021'45" East 295.41 feet; thence South
60023'00" East 374.32 feet; thence South 54023'18" East 217.44 feet; thence South 41 014'41" East
745.66 feet; thence South 85035'40" East 225.25 feet to the Westerly line of the Deed to the City of
Gilroy which Deed was recorded September 27, 1990 in Book L491 at Page 898 Official Records
of Santa Clara County, also being the the Easterly line of the Santa Clara V alley Water District
Easement which easement was recorded May 9, 1989 in Book K942 at Page 2108 Official Records
of Santa Clara County, also being the terminus of this description.
The general Northeasterly line of this easement is located 35.00 feet Northeasterly(measured at right
angles) from this described line. It shall be lengthened or shortened so as to begin at the Easterly
right-of-way line of Santa Teresa Boulevard at the beginning of this description, and at the Westerly
line of the Santa Clara Valley Water District Easement (K942 O.R. 2108) at the terminus of this
description.
