California, being portion of "Parcel One" as described in the Grant Deed recorded
February 14, 2002 as Document #16108828, Official Records of Santa Clara County,
California, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an angle point in the southern boundary of the Parcel described in the
Final Order of Condemnation recorded February 15, 2007 as Document #19306680,
Official Records of Santa Clara County, California, said point being the northwesterly
terminus of the course designated as North 89059'50" West with a distance of 30.00
feet in said Document #19306680; thence along the southerly line of said Parcel,
South 89052'57" East, 15.00 feet to the westerly line of the 15 Foot Wide Street
Dedication as described in the Grant Deed recorded January 22, 1999 as Document
#14612272, Official Records of Santa Clara County, California; thence along said
westerly line, South 00007'03" West, 109.26 feet; thence leaving said westerly line,
North 83052'01" West, 15.08 feet; thence along a line drawn parallel with and distant
15.00 feet westerly, measured at right angles to the aforementioned westerly line,
North 00007'03" East, 107.68 feet to the Point of Beginning.
