All that certain real property situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, being a portion of "Parcel One" as described in the Grant Deed recorded
February 14, 2002 as Document #16108828, Official Records of Santa Clara County,
California, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of the "10.00 acre" Parcel, as shown on that
certain Record of Survey Map filed December 15, 1999 in Book 722 of Maps, at Page
20, Records of Santa Clara County, California; thence along the northerly line of said
"10.00 acre" Parcel, N83052'01 "W, a distance of 15.08 feet to the westerly line of the
Street Dedication described in the Grant Deed recorded April 24, 2001 as Document
#15649045, Official Records of Santa Clara County, California, said point being the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving said northerly line and running along
said westerly line, SOoo07'03"W, a distance of 25.81 feet to the northerly line of the
Parcel described in the Final Order of Condemnation, recorded February 15, 2007 as
