BEING a portion of Lot 4 as shown in "Map of Massey Thomas Senior, Subdivision of
Las Animas Ranchlot No. 15", which map is'filed for record in Book "G" of Maps at
page 59, Records of Santa Clara County, California, and being a non-exclusive
easement for the installation and maintenance of underground utilities over, under,
on and across a strip of land 10.00 feet in width, the easterly line of which is
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northerly' common corner to Lots 3 and 4, as shown on said
map, and running thence along the line common to said Lots South 1,170 feet, and
also
TOGETHER WITH a temporary easement 30.00 feet in width for the purposes of
constructing an underground water pipeline in the above described easement, the
easterly line of which is described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of the above described easement and
running thence south along the westerly line thereof to the southwesterly corner
thereof. Said temporary easement is to be used for the movement of equipment,
personnel, construction materials and other necessities during the course of con-
struction. The land in both easements is to be restored as nearly as possible to
original condition upon completion of construction, at w~ich time all rights in
said temporary easement are to be terminated.
