All that certain real property situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, being a portion of the Parcel described in the Final Order of
Condemnation, recorded February 15, 2007 as Document #19306680, Official Records
of Santa Clara County, California, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Parcel; thence along the northerly line of
said Parcel, N820 1T23"W, a distance of 15.13 feet to the westerly line the Street
Dedication described in the Grant Deed recorded April 24, 2001 as Document
#15649045, Official Records of Santa Clara County, California, said point being the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving said northerly line and running along
said westerly line, SOOOOT03"W, a distance of 524.93 feet to the southerly line of said
Parcel; thence along said southerly line, N89052'57"W, a distance of 15.00 feet; thence
along a line drawn parallel with and distant 15.00 feet westerly, measured at right
angles to the aforementioned westerly line of the Street Dedication described in
Document #15649045, NOOOOT03"E, a distance of 526.93 feet to the northerly line of
said Parcel; thence along said northerly line, S8201T23"E, a distance of 15.13 feet to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
