ALL THAT REAL PROPERTY situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, State of California and being a portion of that certain
"Remainder" parcel shown on the "Parcel Map" entitled "Portion of Las Animas
Ranch Lots 44 and 47 Map No.7, Superior Court Case No. 5536", filed for record
in the Office of the Recorder of Santa Clara County on December 29, 1997 in
Book 698 of Maps, at Page 12-13. More particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said "Remainder" parcel; thence along
the East line thereof, South 310 26' 23" East, 63.54 feet; to the true point of
beginning; thence from said point of beginning, along the East line of said
"Remainder" parcel South 310 26' 23" East, 10.83 feet; thence along the arc of a
non-tangent 745.00 foot radius curve, concave to the North, through a central
angle of 090 55' 03", the chord of which bears South 850 53' 21" West, 128.79
feet; thence North 890 09' 07" West, 386.70 feet to a point on the East line of
"Parcel One" as shown on said "Parcel Map"; thence North 000 50' 53" East,

North line of said "Remainder" parcel, being 64.00 feet South, measured at right
