State of California, State of California and being a portion of that certain
"Remainder" parcel shown on the "Parcel Map" entitled "Portion of Las Animas
Ranch Lots 44 and 47 Map No.7, Superior Court Case No. 5536", filed for record
in the Office of the Recorder of Santa Clara County on December 29, 1997 in
Book 698 of Maps, at Page 12-13. More particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said "Remainder" parcel; thence along
the East line thereof, South 310 26' 23" East, 63.54 feet; thence along the arc of
a non-tangent 735.00 foot radius curve, concave to the North, through a central
angle of 090 35' 47", the chord of which bears South 860 03' 00" West, 122.96
feet; thence parallel with the North line of said "Remainder" parcel and being
64.00 feet South, measured at right angles, North 890 09' 07" West, 386.66 feet
to the Northeast corner of "Parcel One" as shown on said "Parcel Map"; thence
