in the City of Gilroy recorded in Book 8 of Haps, at pages 24 and
25 therein, Official Records of Santa Clara County, California and
consisting of a five foot wide strip of land along the southerly line
of said Lot 8 and a fbfteen foot wide strip of land along the easterly
line of said Lot 8: said strips of land being described as follows:

Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 8 on the easterly right
of way of Church Street (75 feet wide) as shown on said map; thence
