Superior Court Case No. 5536.
BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of said Lot 1
and running thence along the northerly line of said
Lot 1 East 156.74 feet to the intersection with the
southwesterly line of the property belonging to the
Santa Clara County Flood Contr,)l and Water CJnservation
District; thence along said southwesterly line
N.20005'W. 10.64 feet; thence West and parallel to the
north line of said Lot 1 163.10 feet; thence South
10.00 feet; thence East 10.00 feet to the point of beginn-
ing.
TOGETHER WITH a temporary easement 30.00 feet in width
for the purpose of constructing an underground water
pipe line in the above described easement, which is
described as folL)ws: BEGINNING at the most north-
easterly corner of the above described easement in the
sJuthwester1y line of the Santa Clara County Flood C.ontrol
and Water Conservation District property and running
thence along said southwesterly line N.20005'W.
31.93 feet; thence West and parallel tv the northerly
line of the above described easement 182.18 fuet;
thence South 40.00 feet; thence East 30.00 feet; thence
North 10.00 feet; thence East 163.10 feet to the point
of beginning. Said temporary easement is to be used
for the movement of equipment, personnel, construction
materials and other necessities during the course of
construction. The land in both easements is to be
restored as nearly as possible to original condition
upon completion of construction, at which time all rights
in said temporary easement are to be terminated.

I, the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy, do hereby
certify that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution No. 944,
adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th day of July,
1965, at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified copy of which
resolution is on record in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book 7027, page 228, I,
as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on behalf of the said
