Easement Over a Portion of Lands of Longmeadow to be
Dedicated to the City of Gilroy for Roadway Purposes
and Public Utility Facilities
(Rancho Hills Drive)
All that certain real property situate in the City of' Gilroy,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, being an easement for
roadway purposes and the installation and maintenance of public
utility facilities described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly line of that certain parcel
of land descr ibed as Parcel Three in the deed to Longmeadow, a
general partnership, recorded December 23, 1977 in Book D362 of
Official Records at page 410, Santa Clara County Records, said
Northerly line also being the Southerly line of Lot D as shown on
that certain Map entitled, "Map of the Survey of the Subdivision
of Perry Dowdy, Deceased", which map was filed for record in
Book I of Maps at page 143, Santa Clara County Records, .said POINT
OF BEGINNING being distant along said common line N89042'35"W
913.00 feet from the Southeasterly corner of said Lot D; thence
leaving said POINT OF BEGINNING at right angles to said common
line Soo17'25"W 73.09 feet; thence along a tangent curve to the
right with a radius of 965.00 feet through a central angle of
