Dedicated to the City of Gilroy for Roadway purposes
and Public Utility Facilities
(Santa Teresa Blvd. & Longmeadow Drive)
All that certain real property situate in the City of Gilroy,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, being an easement for
roadway purposes and the installation and maintenance of public
utility facilities under, on or over a portion of Parcel L as said
parcel is shown on that certain Parcel Map filed for record in
Book 565 of Maps at page 30, Santa Clara County Records and being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeaster ly corner of said Parcell; thence
leaving said POINT OF BEGINNING along the Easterly boundary of
said Parcel 1 and the Westerly line of Santa Teresa Blvd.,
(formerly Morey Avenue), 40 feet wide, S4055154"W 881.90 feet to
the Southeasterly corner of said Parcell; said Southeasterly
