Temporary Storm Drainage Easement Over Lands of
Longmeadow to be Conveyed to the city of Gilroy
All that certain real property situate in the City of Gilroy,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, being a temporary
easement for storm drainage purposes, said easement being. a strip
of land of a uniform width of 10.00 feet and being a portion of
Parcell as said parcel is shown on that certain Parcel Map filed
for Record in Book 565 of 1-1aps at page 30, Santa C lara County
Records, the Northe r ly 1 ine of said easement bei ng desc r ibed as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwesterly corner of said Parcell; thence
leaving said POINT OF BEGINNING along the Northerly line of said
Parcell S89046145"E 2,346.57 feet to the Northeasterly corner of
said Parcel 1 and the terminal point of said Northerly line being
described.
Said temporary storm drainage easement shall continue
force and effect until such time as permanent storm
facilities are installed which divert flows from said
easement at which time said temporary storm drainage
shall terminate and be of no further force and effect.
