A public utility easement for but not limited to sewer, gas, electricity, telephone and
cable television and such other appurtenances in cOlmection therewith, on over, under and
across certain property located in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of
Califomia, more particularly described as follows:
Being a portion of that certain parcel of land described in an Individual Quitclaim Deed
at Pages239 and 240 of Book 1752 of the Official Records of Santa Clara County and
filed on July 21, 1986;
A fifteen (15) foot wide strip of land that lies east of and contiguous to the following
described property line:
Beginning at the most southwesterly comer of parcel described in deed filed May 7,
1984, Book 1521 Official Records at Pages 37 and 38, Office of the Recorder of Santa
Clara County.
Thence along the westerly line of aforesaid parcel N. 200 00' W, 100 feet more or less to
the terminus which is the northerly line of aforesaid parcel. Last said northerly line is
also the southerly line of parcel described in deed filed June 16, 1983 in Book H638
Official Records at Page 289, Office of the Recorder, Santa Clara County.
And as shown on J;:xhibit "A" attached hereto, together with such rights incidental
thereto, including, without limitation pedestrian and vehicular ingress and egress into,
over and across Grantors' real propeliy, and the right to excavate and remove soils from
the area of the easement.
In no event shall Grantors hereafter contract or install, or cause or permit the contraction
or installation of, any building structure, fence or tree upon or within ten (10) feet ofthe
area of said easement, without the prior written consent of the City of Gilroy, which
consent shall not be unreasonably witWleld.
This easement shall inure to the benefit of the City of Gilroy and its agents, employees,
contractors and subcontractors, successors and assigns.

Certificate of Acceptance of Conveyance to the City of Gilroy by
Shirley Lulevitt, also known as Shirley C. Lulevitt
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the Public Utility Easement
dated September 5, 2006 from Shirley Lulevitt, also known as Shirley C. Lulevitt , to the City of
Gilroy, a municipal corporation of the State of California, is hereby accepted by the undersigned
officer or agent on behalf of the City of Gilroy pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No.
2004-20 of the City of Gilroy adopted March 15,2004, a certified copy of which resolution is on
record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California,
document #17703402, dated April 6, 2004 and the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its
duly authorized officer.
