to be Conveyed to the City of Gilroy
All that certain real property situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, being an easement for roadway purposes, and the installation and
maintenance of public utility facilities under, on or over that certain strip of land of a
uniform width of 70.00 feet, the centerline of which is described as follows:
PARCEL A
BEGINNING at the Westerly terminus of the centerline of Sunrise Drive (70.00' wide),
as shown on Tract No. 8871, a mar of which was filed for record in Book IP ~ / of
Maps, at pages :l 0 through ~, Santa Clara County Records; thence from said
POINT OF BEGINNING from a tangent bearing of S57057' 40"W along a curve to the left
with a radius of 1,300.00 feet through a central angle of 3057'40" for an arc length of
89.87 feet; and S54000'OO"W 280.80 feet to the terminal point of the centerline herein
being described.
PARCEL B
BEGINNING at the Northerly terminus of the centerline of Rancho Hills Drive (70.00'
wide) as shown on Tract No. 8871, a map of which was filed for record in Book b g-/
of Maps, at pages ~ (!) through ~ Santa Clara County Records; thence from said
POINT OF BEGINNING from a tangent bearing of N41040'31"W along a curve to the
left with a radius of 1,450.00 feet through a central angle of 6056'49" for an arc length of
175.80 feet to the terminal point of the centerline herein being described.
