All that certain real property situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, being an easement for the installation and maintenance of public utilities,
public landscaping, and appurtenances thereto, under, over or upon a strip of land of a
uniform width of 5.00 feet, the Easterly line of which is described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly line of Lot 67 of Tract No. 8563, a map of which
was filed for record in Book 655 of Maps at pages 39 through 43, Santa Clara County
Records; said point being distant along said Southerly line N89042'35"W 13.47 feet from
the Easterly terminus of the course shown as ''N89042'35'W 39.97 feet; thence from said
POINT OF BEGINNING along a line parallel with and distant 13.47 feet Westerly from
