DEDICATION FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES
The undersigned, being the legal owners of the real property hereinafter described,
hereby dedicate to the public use an easement for Sanitary Sewer purposes over, under,
on and across the real property hereinafter described.
The undersigned further irrevocably offers to dedicate to the City of Gilroy for
the use of the public a sanitary sewer easement over, under, on and across the real
property Qereinafter described, said dedication to be accepted only when the City Coun-
cil of t~B City of Gilroy adopts and records in the office of the Recorder of the Coun-
ty of Santa Clara a resolution aceepting said easement. Until said easement is record-
ed the Ci ty of Gilroy shall not be responsible for maintaining said easement and im-
provements thereon.
If any change in alignment, length or width of easement approved by the City of
Gilroy results in vacation of any part of the real property dedicated herein, such
vacation shall terminate the dedication as to the part vacated.
The provisions hereof shall inure to tIle benefit and be binding upon the heirs,
successors, assigns and personal representatives of the respective parties hereto.
Parcel One
BEING a portion of that certain parcel of land conveyed to Pristine Investors, a partner-
ship, by deed recorded in Book J 011 at page 471, Official Records of Santa Clara County,
and being a strip of land 20.00 feet in Width, the centerline of which is more particul-
arly described as follows:
"BEGINNING at a point in the westerly line of said parcel of land
conveyed to Pristine Investors distant thereon N. 4028'W. le6.08
feet from the southwesterly corner thereof in the northerly line
of Lot 15 as shown on the Map of Tract No. 6184 recorded in Book
407 of Maps at pages 25 and 26, Records of Santa Clara County, and
running thence along said centerline N.86005'E. 478.57 feet, and
S.88047'23"E. 510.00 feet to a point in the westerly line of Wren
Avenue (66 feet wide) as described in said'Deed, distant thereon
N.oo19'03"W. 142.05 feet from the northeasterly corner of Lot 81
as shown on the Map of Tract No. 3959 "Casa Loma Estates" as re-
corded in Book 193 of Maps at page 16, Records of Santa Clara County.
Parcel Two
A temporary construction easement 50 feet in width, the southernly
line of which is the northerly line of Parcel One above described,
and extending the full length thereof. Said temporary easement is
to be considered abandoned and will be null and void upon completion
of construction of the sanitary sewer to be constructed through Par-
cel One, above described, and acceptance of the work by the City of
Gilroy.
