PROPERTY DESCRIPTION OF STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY,
PUBLIC UTILITY, & EMERGENCY VEHICLE ACCESS EASEMENT
All that real property situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of
California and being a portion of the Lands described in that certain Grant Deed filed for
record on January 31,2002 in Document Number 16084750, at the Office of the Recorder
of Santa Clara County, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeasterly comer of Lot 13 as shown on that certain Tract
Map No. 9034, entitled "Rancho Meadows", filed for record on July 2, 1999 in Book 717
of Maps, at pages 36 and 37, at said County Recorder's Office; thence coincident with the
northerly line of said Lands described in Document Number 16084750, South 89045'24"
East, a distance of208.30 feet; thence leaving said line, South 00014'36" West, a distance
of 42.00 feet; thence running parallel with and distant 42.00 feet southerly therefrom last
said line, North 89045'24" West, a distance of 25.09 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave to the southeast; thence coincident with said curve having a radius of 20.00
feet through a central angle of 90000'00", an arc length of 31.42 feet; thence South
00014'36" West, a distance of 416.40 feet to the southerly line of said Lands described in
Document Number 16084750; thence coincident with last said line, North 89046'44" West,
a distance of 60.00 feet; thence leaving said line, North 00014'36" East, a distance of

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the Street and Public Utility
Easement Deed dated December 13, 2004 from RANCHO MEADOWS, INC., a California
corporation, to the City of Gilroy, a municipal corporation of the State of California, is hereby
accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City of Gilroy pursuant to authority
conferred by Resolution No. 2004-20 of the City of Gilroy adopted March 15,2004, a certified
copy of which resolution is on record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa
Clara, State of California, document # 17703402, dated April 6, 2004 and the grantee consents to
