A portion of Lot 12 as shown on that certain map entitled "Tract 9545, Hollyhock Hills", filed
September 10, 2004 in Book 775 of Maps, at Pages 7 thru 11, Records of Santa Clara County,
California, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the westerly boundary of said Lot, said point being the
southwesterly terminus of the course designated as N73024'42"E 38.91 feet on said Map;
thence running along the westerly line of said Lot
a) S16035'18"E, a distance of 21.00 feet to a point on the southeasterly line of a 21 foot wide
easement designated as "21.00' EVAE, PSE & PSDE" on said map, said point being the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving said westerly line and running along said
