Being a portion of Parcel 3, as said Parcel is shown upon that certain Parcel Map
filed for record on October 16, 1979, in Book 451 of Maps at page 33, Santa Clara
County Records, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the iron pipe at the southwesterly comer of said Parcel 3, as said
iron pipe is also shown to be found upon that certain Parcel Map filed for record on
January 24, 1995, in Book 662 Maps at page 19, Santa Clara County Records, said pipe
also lying in the northwesterly right-of-way line of Hecker Pass Highway as shown upon
the immediately aforementioned map, 55.00 feet distant from the monumented centerline
of Hecker Pass Highway, thence running from said pipe and POINT OF BEGINNING
North 04051 '00" East, 17.25 feet along the northwesterly property line of said Parcel 3,
thence along a non-tangent curve to the right with a radial bearing of South 00004'33"
West, with a radius of 1211.00 feet, through a central angle of 07004' 18", an arc length of

Certificate of Acceptance of Conveyance to the City of Gilroy by
Santa Teresa Lanes, Inc., a California Corporation
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the grant deed dated
November 27,2001 from Santa Teresa Lanes, Inc., a California Corporation, to the City of
Gilroy, a municipal corporation of the State of California, is hereby accepted by the undersigned
officer or agent on behalf of the City of Gilroy pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No.
99-90 of the City of Gilroy adopted December 20, 1999, a certified copy of which resolution is on
record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California,
document #15167735, dated March 1, 2000 and the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its
duly authorized officer.
