Public Utility Easement
All that real parcel of land situate in the County of Santa Clara, State of California, described as
follows:
Being a portion of Solis Rancho, also being a portion of Subdivision "D" of Lot 1, as shown upon
that certain Map entitled, "Map Accompanying The Report of The Referees in The Partition of The
Lands of The Estate ofL. Fine, Deed", which Map was filed for record in the Office of the Recorder
of the County of Santa Clara, State of California on August 23, 1892 in Book F of Maps, at Page 9
the centerline of a 20 foot easement of which being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point distant therefrom a found axle on the Rancho Line at the Southwest comer of
said Subdivision "D" of Lot 1, also being on the Westerly line of said Subdivision "D" Lot 1, North
00007'24" East, 101.60 feet, to the Point of Beginning; thence leaving the said Westerly line, South
87051'44" East, 202.56 feet; thence South 65019'18" East, 225.72 feet to the Southerly line of
Subdivision "D" Lot 1 , and being the terminus of this description.
Both the Northerly and Southerly line of this easement is located 10.00 feet (measured at right
angles) from this described line. It shall be lengthened and shortened so as to begin at the Westerly
line of Subdivision "D" Lot 1 at the beginning of this description and lengthened and shortened so
as to end at the Southerly line of Subdivision "D" lot 1 at the terminus of this description.
Containing 8,566 square feet or 0.20 acres of land more or less
