GRANT DEED
DEDICATION FOR STREET AND UTILITY PURPOSES
The undersigned, being the legal owners of the real
property herein described, hereby dedicate to public use and
offer to dedicate to the City of Gilroy an easement for Street
and utility purposes including but not limited to electric,
gas, telephone cable TV, water supply, storm drainage, sanitary
sewers, etc., under, over, on and across the real property
hereinafter described.
The undersigned irrevocably offers to dedicate to the City
of Gilroy for use of the public an easement for Street and
utility purposes under, over, on and across the real property
hereinafter described, said dedication to be accepted only when
the City Council of the City of Gilroy adopts and records in
the office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara a
resolution accepting said easement. Until said easement is
recorded the City of Gilroy shall not be responsible for
maintaining said easement and improvemtnts therein.
If any change in alignment, length or width of said
easement approved by the City of Gilroy results in vacation of
any part of the real property dedicated herein, such vacation
shall terminate the dedication of the part dedicated.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit and be
binding upon the heirs, successsors, assigns and personal
representative of the respective parties hereto.
Such real pro~rty is described as follows:
BEING the southwesterly 10.00 feet of the Parcels One and Two
as described in Certificate of Compliance 98-01 of the City of
Gilroy recorded April 16, 1988 as Document Number 14143118 in
the Office of the Recorder of Santa Clara County,
