All that certain real property situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most Northeasterly corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed to
Di Peng Yang, a single man, by Trustee's deed recorded May 30, 1990 in Book 1.370 of
Official Records at pages 288 through 290, Santa Clara County Records; said point lying
on the centerline of Morey A venue (40.00 feet wide); thence from said POINT OF
BEGINNING along said centerline S04055'54"W 329.90 feet to a Southwesterly comer of
said parcel conveyed to Yang; thence leaving said centerline along a Southerly line of
last said parcel N89045'15"W 37.12 feet; thence leaving said Southerly line along a line
parallel with and distant 37.00 feet Westerly of said centerline of Morey Avenue
N04055'54"E 231.67 feet; thence leaving said parallel line along a tangent curve to the
left with a radius of 10.00 feet through a central angle of 47020'35" for an arc length of
