was recorded in Book 6 of Plan Line Maps, at pages 63 and 64, Santa Clara
County Records; thence along the proposed center line of Chestnut Street
South 190 56' 13" East 360.00 feet b the point of intersection thereof,
with the Southwesterly prolongation of the Northwesterly line of that
certain parcel of land described in the Deed to Humble Oil & Refining
Company, dated February 18, 1969, recorded February 21, 1969 in Book 8442
of Official Records, page 150; thence along said prolonged line and said
Northwesterly line North 700 03' 47" East 249.69 feet to a point on the
NOrtheasterly line of said parcel described in said Deed to Rudolph W.

adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th day of July,
1965, at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified copy of which
resolution is on record in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book 7027, page 228, I,
as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on behalf of the said
