This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the grant deed dated
July 25,2006 from Gin Loy Dong, Henry Dong, and Richard Dong Trustee of The Dong Family
Living Trust, to the City of Gilroy, a municipal corporation of the State of California, is hereby
